Appearance:
Tall and a little on the lanky side, Reeve cuts a slightly unconventional figure for a director/executive. His hair is soft and brown and unkempt, parted in the middle and turning a little wavy around the nape of his neck. He has a trimmed, neat beard and is always well dressed, but something about him is always a little informal; he does tend to slouch when he's tired, and he's almost always tired. He's well preserved and rather attractive, but his stressful life is starting to age him.
Personality:
Reeve is a natural, almost typical all-round nice guy. He's welcoming, casual, informal and frank when he's in his comfort zone, shy and quick to blush when he isn't, but speaks confidently regardless of the response it garners him. He's gentle and unreserved, and fancies himself a bit of a mentor - but if he's honest, he's still got a lot to learn himself before he can be worthy of that to people.
Overworked (although hardly underpaid), Reeve is a natural addict to deadlines, stress, late nights and too much coffee. He's a boss's dream; never complaining (unless something is desperately wrong), always in on time and leaving late. However, the Urban Development department has a higher-than-average turnover on employees, as there are many newcomers who get quickly overwhelmed and drop out before they even have time to warm their seats. Reeve is heavily criticised for the workload he gives to his employees, but when there's too much to handle, he always takes the worst for himself. While there are times when he finds his work ethic overwhelming, it fills up an otherwise quite empty, lonely life. He's doing what he loves, and gets paid for it; who need to take sick leave, or holidays?
